Since 1867, the Neuhollandshof on the Lower Rhine has been a place of inspiration, the home of the Clostermann family and their Demeter apples – here they work on new apple varieties, dedicate themselves passionately to biodynamic cultivation and develop their farm products under the Clostermann Organics brand. The idea of the Appléritif was also born here! Every day in this wonderful place, they motivate themselves to treat our environment responsibly – and of course to create the perfect taste in a glass.
