Lauskis

Founded in 2019, the ‘LAUSKIS’ cidery is nestled in the charming Ogre region, within the historic Krape manor. Situated in the cellar of a 300-year-old manor house, the cidery is a tribute to its founder, Vents Grīnbaums’ great-grandfather, Vilis Lauskis—an esteemed fruit grower and a revered educator at Latvia’s Horticulture School. The cidery proudly sources much of its apple harvest from the orchards his great-grandfather planted nearly a century ago, continuing a legacy of craftsmanship and care that has stood the test of time.
