We have a fruit distillation right with an annual quota of 300 litres of alcohol, which entitles us to process regional fruit on a 150 litre still.

Since the 1990s, various types of fruit have been grown on a large part of our orchards and meadow orchards, which serve as the starting point for our fruit brandies, spirits and fruit liqueurs.

In our fruit distillery, selected, fully ripe fruit from our own cultivation is processed into fine fruit brandies using modern technology and precise manual labour and sold from the farm.

It is important to us to harvest and distil fruit that we produce ourselves. Only the sweetest and finest fruit can be distilled into a flavoursome fruit brandy. The regional raw material is processed with artisanal care and experience.

The fine fruit brandies, spirits, liqueurs and regional gin delight our customers.
