Where the magic happens

The cider cellar has more than 40 vats, which can store around one million litres of cider. These barrels, both in chestnut wood (already used by their ancestors) and in fibre and stainless steel, are the guarantors, together with a careful selection of apples, of the fermentation for the production of the natural cider Fran and the natural cider Ramos del Valle (D. O.P.), as well as the new sparkling ciders brut and brut nature Ramos del Valle (D.O.P.), which also have a Protected Designation of Origin and have come to give new flavours to the wines made at Sidra Fran.
