Harry H. Hochheimer

I’m on the jury at Cider World Award because, as a ‘Frankfort boy’, cider is very close to my heart:

  • Born in 1947
  • Trained chef – restaurant specialist – bartender – sommelier
  • Graduate of the hotel management school in Heidelberg
  • Various jobs in the catering trade at home and abroad
  • Self-employed since 1987 and owner of a wine and catering consultancy
  • Since 1996 IHK Frankfurt examiner for restaurant masters
