Apfeltau

Apfeltau is a new type of cider aperitif with 21% vol. from Hanau. The special feature: Apfeltau is not distilled, instead water is extracted from cider by ice distillation and in this way aromas, alcohol and taste are concentrated. In contrast to distillation, almost all flavour carriers are retained in this type of production. This makes apple dew unique and leads to a fruity and intense taste experience.
