My mission is to make cider, as well as its relatives such as cider, cider, must and viez, better known everywhere and at all times. With my cider blog, I offer all wine press houses, especially smaller ones, a platform to make their cider better known to a wide audience.

In addition to lots of cider knowledge, wine press tips and cider presentations, you can also expect competitions, interesting votes and numerous recipes with cider.

I gained a lot of publicity on the radio, in daily newspapers and on TV with my plan to make World Cider Day a public holiday in Hesse.
