FOUR THOUSAND APPLE TREES IN A SUNNY SLOPE FACING THE FJORD

On the north side of Josentjorden, where the sun just manages to squeeze through between the high mountains, lies the beautiful Eiane Farm. Here, we – Jon and Elodie – make top-quality cider and apple juice from apples we grow and harvest ourselves.

We grow and harvest by hand. All our cider is naturally carbonated, with natural bubbles forming during bottle fermentation. It is unfiltered with natural sediment, without added sugar or sulphites. Every vintage is unique,

every bottle is filled with care for the apples. We, and the bees responsible for pollination, warmly welcome you to a tour and

tasting.
