FreuObst has been producing artisanal cider in Freiburg since 2019. The starting point for our exquisite products are untreated apples and pears from old orchard trees in the region. , which stretches from the Black Forest to the ancient volcano “Kaiserstuhl”. The goal of the tasty and interesting apple and pear sparkling wines of different styles is to show the potential of local fruit and bring the joy of it to life. There is something for everyone.

In cultivation and processing, we respect old knowledge and try out new and regenerative approaches with foresight. The aim is to put land and people in a better state. We are happy to share our passion for fruit with you!
