Handkäs Shop

The Handkäs’ Shop brings Handkäs’ (cheese) back into the centre of society as a vegetarian snack for everyone. The focus is on regional quality, selected ingredients and creative flavour experiences. With creations such as the Noble, with red onions and white balsamic vinegar, the Hot Dog with mustard vinaigrette, gherkins and roasted onions or the “Kriftler”, a seasonal variation with fresh strawberries, red onions and strawberry vinegar, the shop shows that Handkäs’ is also suitable for a young, nutrition-conscious and culinary-interested audience.
