The Fischbach Fruit and Horticultural Association 1906 e.V. has existed in its present form since 1988 We produce apple juice and cider from our own fruit in our wine press house, mainly bottled in bag-in-boxes, We also produce apple balsamic vinegar and ‘Rettershofer Hugo’, an apple wine secco with elderberry juice. We now look after around 400 fruit trees and bushes on approximately 6 hectares. 2 years ago, we set up a special orchard for young families and gave individual trees to them.
Our products are offered at various events in the town of Kelkheim. There is a regular sale every 2nd Saturday of the month in the wine press house at the Rettershof.
