Trying something new and learning, that’s what we’re doing right now with our partners. Von Wiesen stands for a new direction in the fruit sparkling wine segment. We get our fruit from partners in the region, from organic farms or natural orchards. The wines are matured in used wooden barrels and stainless steel. As little intervention as possible leads to the goal – the low intervention principle!
