Benoît Marinos is the founder of La Cidrerie, a cider bar and bottle shop based in Paris. He is also the author of Le cidre, c’est pas sorcier, a 300-page book dedicated to cider, offering an accessible way to discover cider in all its forms. With extensive experience in cider tasting, retail and education, he works closely with producers and consumers, with a strong focus on storytelling and consumer behavior within the cider world.
