Certified Cider Expert

Spring 2026 – Geisenheim & Frankfurt am Main

Recommended to small cider makers, newcomers
Course in German language

Starting with the basics of law, specific insights are given into ingredients, basic technology, production, quality control, sensory analysis and marketing of cider, cider and processed products. The knowledge acquired ensures legal certainty when handling the products and allows you to design your product range. After the seminar in Geisenheim am Rhein and the visit to Cider World in Frankfurt am Main, the participant receives the ‘Cider Expert’ certificate.
