My mission

I’m doing all this out of love for apple wine, because I want to make it better known and more popular everywhere.

I deliberately didn’t limit myself to the typical Hessian apple wine (even though that is my favourite, of course). Because only if you give all variations, such as cidre, most, viez, cider etc. a chance can you achieve the goal you have set yourself.

For me, every cider has its right to exist, because everyone has a different taste and so it happens that Schorsch likes a Schoppe that Lisbeth doesn’t drink at all, Otto prefers it sour and Uschi prefers it sweet. That’s why no shitstorm against individual ciders is tolerated here.
