CIDERWERK stands for local, sustainably produced cider of high quality and a wide variety of flavors. By selecting different apple varieties and controlling the fermentation process, high-quality products are created that are off the beaten track. Regionality and sustainability are top priorities for the founders Petra & Boris when purchasing apples. The apples come from local organic farmers and from private orchards and gardens. CIDERWERK is based in the largest apple-growing region in Schleswig-Holstein – in the west of Hamburg.
