Keltergemeinschaft Weilbach looks back on a shared history spanning some 25 to 30 years. Over time, our cooperative has grown steadily – and the second generation is now actively involved with us.

A significant milestone came in 2020, when the opportunity arose to purchase our own hydraulic press. As early as 2021, we set up our own pressing hall for our ‘Hollmann’ in our historic farmstead and are continuing our work with renewed vigour.

Since 2025, we have also been a member of the Hessian Cider & Orchard Route, which also includes Frankfurt. We currently tend to around 100 standard apple trees in and around Weilbach. Our stock is supplemented by trees we have grafted ourselves onto standard rootstocks – predominantly old and rare regional varieties that we wish to preserve. We are happy to share some of these if required.
