We produce more than twenty tasty sparkling wines from aromatic fruits and berries. We cultivate our fruit according to organic guidelines in the sunny orchards and gardens of the southern Wetterau.
We press natural fruit juices fresh from the harvest in our own press house. Apples, quinces and pears, medlars, cherries and currants picked when fully ripe provide highly aromatic fruit juices. From these we produce original ciders and sparkling seccos. The tangy, full-bodied enjoyment comes from the harmonious balance of acidity, aromas and sweetness. Especially the single-variety apple seccos made from classic apple varieties and balanced compositions of fully ripe fruits show a wide variety of flavours.
