Apple Blood Cider

We are Francesco, Federico and Davide, the Apple Blood Cider makers Three different stories, united by a childhood spent among the vines. In 2019 we decided to innovate the apple production chain by founding Apple Blood, the first cidery in the Piana Rotaliana.

Our apple cider ALPL is produced from carefully selected raw materials from our members – around 6,000 fruit-growing families from South Tyrol and Trentino. We focus above all on regionality, sustainability and naturalness – for example, we use only the sweetness of the apple to stimulate the fermentation processes of the Charmat method.


Our ancestors did their utmost to grow apples of the best quality, we now strive to bring the diverse nuances of this fruit into the bottle.
