Schwäbischer Cider

Swabian cider is the delicious, fresh and sparkling drink made from Swabian orchard fruit. It is produced in the traditional way by small manufacturers in Baden-Württemberg and Swabia. Swabian cider is made by fermenting flavourful old apple and pear varieties. But not to be confused with Apfelwein.
