Apal Sideri

Who are we? Apal Sideri produces fresh and fruity apple juice and apple cider at Sæbø in Hjelmeland municipality. Dan Olav Sæbø is the 9th great-great-grandson of Elling Knutson, who bought Sæbø in 1628. Dan Olav took over the farm in 2020, and then focused on the production of apple cider and apple juice.

Alpl Sparkling

Our apple cider ALPL is produced from carefully selected raw materials from our members – around 6,000 fruit-growing families from South Tyrol and Trentino.
