The company KulturGut, founded in 2018, wants to support the preservation of meadow orchards as part of the Hessian cultural landscape. To this end, the cider brand “Sauerstoff” was launched in 2019. “Sauerstoff” is a classic cider produced from apples from Hessian meadow orchards. At the CiderWorld Award 2020, “Sauerstoff” was awarded a silver medal.
